The place, its location, and the staff were all great. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were welcoming, and the room matched the photos; the bathroom was a bit small but adequate for a few nights. The soundproofing was lacking, so I had to use earplugs to avoid being woken by other guests in the shared area near the room.

The bed was comfy and the shared area with a pool was lovely for cooling off during the day; everything matched the pictures. The staff were extremely caring and helpful, and the spot is great—close to a lively, touristy area with many bars and restaurants, yet far enough to sleep well. Some reviews mention the nearby mosque and the calls to prayer, but in Indonesia’s Muslim culture I didn’t find them annoying; they actually felt like part of the cultural experience. Nothing negative.
