It was well taken care of and suited our needs. The staff working the night we got in. I think her name was melenie or something like that. She was very nice and helpful. There’s nothing I didn’t like

I like room and bathroom however breakfast could be better. I was upset because I booked a king suite and requested a 2nd floor pool view to relax for an important surgery. When I arrived the room was not suite and was in 1st floor with parking lot view. We were moved to another room that was not a king suite it was 2 queen beds and I over paid for king suite and stayed 2 nights in standard room when paid 2 nights for king suite. I cried and weekend was ruined. This was our second stay in last month we go there to relax and very disappointed. Breakfast could be better needbwaffle maker pancake machine really bad. When I made reservation I called front desk and spoke to hotel reservation and requested 2 nights king suite on 2nd floor with pool view. When arrived room wasn't king suite and on 1st floor with parking lot view. We were moved to 2nd floor into a standard 2 queen bed and I paid for king suite and was over charged. I cried and ruined my relaxing weekend

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good location. I was very satisfied with the hotel
