The location is magical. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to any questions. The mineral water was hot. The hotel’s facilities were well planned and equipped. The food selection was below expectations, especially at dinner. We were placed right above the hotel restaurant and the outdoor café. After dinner they lit the outdoor fireplace for guests, which is nice if you sit nearby, but our room filled with smoke and loud music played until midnight, clashing with the otherwise peaceful environment. There’s no air‑conditioning, so you can’t close the windows at night and have to endure smoke and loud music.

The site is great, with a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and an outdoor restaurant. The suite bed is too small to comfortably fit two people, there are no towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and no insect screen on the windows or balcony door. The TV is very old and doesn’t meet 5‑star standards; the fridge only holds water. The alarm bell is activated frequently for no clear reason, which becomes a concern. The electricity cuts out and comes back quickly. No Arabic TV channels except Al Jazeera, even though the guests are Saudi. The suite tables are made of ordinary wood and need maintenance. The balcony has two chairs but no table. Dinner is mandatory from 7 pm to 9 pm, a long time after breakfast; we have to rush to lunch at the outdoor restaurant, and if dinner time arrives, it may not be accepted. The meal should be served between 4 pm and 6 pm.
