Comfort, staff, overall facilities, and cleanliness were all very good. The breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement to match a hotel of this category.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay; nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and well appointed, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows could use an upgrade. The bathroom is a bit dated but functional. Overall, fair value for what you get.

Clean, respectful, excellent service, and help with everything you ask for. We checked out late, and they gave us towels and showers before our flight.

The peace, the spot, and the nearby mall were all great, but the shower was impossible to get the hot water right – it was either scalding or icy.
