The place had a good location and a comfy bed. It felt somewhat neglected: the window and shower were broken, the nightstands had cigarette scorch marks and a stale smell, and mold was visible in the bathroom. The décor was rather plain and poorly maintained.

Check‑in was quick and easy following the instructions; the owner replied promptly and consistently on WhatsApp. The property is close to the stations, and they offer coffee and pastries in the evening and morning. It was clean and I recommend it.

The room was spacious, bright, and had simple yet functional furnishings. I appreciated the working fridge, coffee machine, and brioches. A bit more attention to detail would have made it perfect: there was no adapter to plug the coffee machine into a Shuko socket, so I had to place it under the desk and unplug the fridge from its compatible outlet. The absence of a toilet paper holder was inexplicable, and the TV remote was missing batteries. Thankfully, I was alone, so these small shortcomings didn’t spoil the stay, but they would have mattered if I were with my wife.

The room wasn’t bad, just nothing special. The front desk was terrible; we couldn’t contact the woman for the keys and warned her that our flight would arrive late. The bed collapsed so much that we slept on the floor. It was too expensive for the quality offered.
