The location and view are stunning, but after breakfast my daughter had a migraine flare‑up, so we laid down again and hung the red door sign. Still, someone knocked, and because we were sleeping we couldn’t respond, so they tried to break in. They only gave us feedback on the day of departure, saying the guests had forgotten to turn the sign and that normally no one is in the room at that time—unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel. My daughter also found bones in a fish dish at dinner, and there was no compensation for that. The so‑called pool and wellness area looks nothing like the pictures; the glass is heavily dirty and there’s black mold in the showers. Despite multiple complaints at various spots, we were never offered a drink or a price reduction.

The wellness facilities were fine, but the room category we booked was ignored. The hotel feels old, the management is indifferent and refuses to discuss issues, the breakfast is poor, and it definitely isn’t worth four stars.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Abendessen ist hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht renoviert worden. Die Pflanzen im Frühstücksraum waren unansehnlich und pflegebedürftig. Das Personal hätte manchmal freundlicher sein können
