I liked everything. The girls were very friendly and sweet. They let us check in early when we asked. The room was clean. Light and water were fine. The internet lagged a bit, but given the circumstances it’s not a big deal. I want to highlight the kitchen separately – the menu was very tasty. Yulia the girl was simply amazing service. Prices were normal. Nothing negative.

1. I liked the polite staff and their attention to detail; the administrator answered all my questions and fulfilled my room booking requests. 2. The breakfast was good, hot even at 07:00, I ordered pancakes and coffee. 3. The bill was issued in the morning without a reminder and in a file. 1. I didn’t like the room layout; near my room was a restaurant where a drunken group was celebrating and sang “Happy Birthday” until 22:00, which was very disturbing, and there was no sound insulation at all. 2. The room lacked disposable slippers; for the price of the room (1600 UAH) that would have been a fair addition. 3. The blinds were broken, which is unacceptable for a first‑floor room.

Convenient location, polite staff. A clean room with its own bathroom. Loved the breakfasts. The restaurant cooks well at moderate prices. A good hotel for a couple of days.

I stayed in two different rooms of the same category. In the most expensive room, everything was fine. I was surprised to learn that the breakfast included instant coffee for free, but lattes cost extra. The breakfasts weren’t tasty; cheap sausage and some unclear caviar. Only the syrniki were really good. I also want to mention the soap situation: the room cost 2100 UAH per day and the administrator told me that hand soap wasn’t included in that room. They eventually gave me soap because it’s a standard and international rule, but it’s still a nuisance to pay extra for a piece of soap and coffee at the hotel owner’s discretion.
