The hostel met my expectations and offers good value for money. Its location is great, the staff are friendly and attentive, and it’s ideal for a short stay. We used it to be in the center of Tuxtla and travel early the next day. I highly recommend it.

The receptionist was kind and very attentive on the day I arrived. It would be helpful to have an elevator for those of us carrying heavy luggage, so we don’t have to ask the already busy staff for help, which isn’t always advisable.

The terrace view is absolutely stunning, though the Wi‑Fi sometimes drops out.
