“A Charming Andalusian Gem with Outstanding Hospitality in the Heart of Seville”
We spent a single night in July at this lovely hotel and it left a lasting impression. The property exudes a charming Moorish vibe that truly reflects Seville’s heritage, from its classic architecture to the lovely courtyard and thoughtful touches that give it a distinctive character. What struck us most was the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the front‑desk staff. We encountered a minor water leak in our room, but the gentleman at reception—Rafael, I think—handled it gracefully, offering us another room right away and even upgrading us to ensure our comfort. Those moments show why great service matters; the staff’s response was exemplary. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll gladly return on our next trip to Seville and would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone seeking an authentic atmosphere paired with warm, genuine hospitality. Thanks to the whole team for making our brief stay memorable! The only drawback is that, although the hotel is in a prime spot in the city centre, there is no on‑site parking; guests driving must use a nearby public car park and walk several blocks with luggage, which can be inconvenient, especially in the hot summer.
