Elgarden Hotel & Spa

Despite the hygiene and maintenance of the rooms being somewhat lacking, the hotel was pleasant. The staff were very friendly, really tried to understand you (they barely speak English) and made you as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was fine, not luxurious but just tasty. As soon as you set down your tea cup, they asked if you wanted another cup of tea. While lying by the pool, they brought tea and a bowl of fruit from the house. The rooms need maintenance: wallpaper is coming loose, curtain brackets are falling off the wall, carpet stains and the edge of the shower base near the wall is black. The table and chairs on the balcony had not been cleaned for a long time, but I didn’t feel dirty about it.

Everything about this hotel is great, from its proximity to the city center and new cafes like Espresso Lab to the nearby supermarket and pharmacy. However, the breakfast didn't quite live up to my expectations.

The hotel's location and view are definitely its strong points, but the overall condition of the room is a letdown. The furniture and carpet are old and show signs of heavy smoking, and the toilet is located far from the bed, which is a bit inconvenient.

I liked the hotel's location, which offers parking and a pool. However, the cleaning service was subpar, the furniture is old and worn out, and the breakfast was quite basic.

The area around the hotel is nice, but unfortunately, the hotel itself falls short of expectations. The room facilities are outdated, the rooms are old, and the breakfast is very poor, making it not worth the price we paid.
