I was blown away by the hotel – the place is gorgeous, tidy, and the vibe is both comfortable and upscale. The stay itself was delightful, and I’d love to return someday. On the downside, the room’s air‑conditioning didn’t cool enough, kept shutting off on its own, and after about 10 hours it stopped entirely, which was a real nuisance. I hope the management can fix the AC system for future guests.

I was disappointed with the spa option that was included in the rate – you have to book a specific time slot, one person at a time, for a limited period, and it felt very impersonal and a bit intimidating with the staff running the spa.

My stay at Nex Hotel was really comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and new, which mattered a lot to me. The shower water was hot, the furniture was new, and housekeeping was good. The hotel is exactly a 3‑minute walk to the metro station. It sits on a hill but there’s a staircase that takes you to the main street. One thing I appreciated was that after I checked out and took an Uber to the airport, I realized I’d left a valuable item behind. When I went back to the hotel, housekeeping had it in the lobby and handed it to the receptionist, who tried to contact me. Thanks to all the Nex Hotel staff.
