The spot is great, right by the beach. The washroom is tiny—almost no room to stretch an arm, and the shower flow is weak; a 10‑minute shower can take over 20 minutes. The food is below average, and the prices are too high for the taste. They also added an extra beer charge, so you have to double‑check every bill.

The location is fantastic! The rooms are clean and the staff are super friendly, always ready to help.

The location and service are good. This time the food didn’t match the quality I’d had on my last visit.

The place is beautifully situated near Margao, where we took the train. I think the receptionist’s name was Roy; he seemed to know how things worked. Honestly, everyone seemed scattered and it was hard to have a conversation with them. They handed us ice cubes for drinks with their hands. Our beds only had plastic blankets, so we had to request cotton sheets. There wasn’t enough toilet paper and no cleaning took place during our stay.

The view from the deck is fantastic. The bathroom could be a bit larger.
