“Não iria novamente”

The location isn’t bad; the street is calm and safe. People were talking late into the night, which made my little dog restless because she’s not used to that. The photos suggest a breakfast is included, but it’s actually the guest’s responsibility; I saw no mention of breakfast, so showing such photos is misleading. I think they’re renovating to improve the accommodation, but the walls were very cold and smelled of mold, the towels looked used, and one was even damp. I couldn’t reach the owner. Other rooms I stayed in were simple, but the towels there looked clean and dry, and there was at least a simple breakfast—bread, cake, coffee with or without milk, and eggs. I would have left satisfied. I hope they improve because the photos look great, but the reality was disappointing.

The place has potential, and the kitchen and common areas are pleasant. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily marred by the condition of the room. The mold smell inside the room was extremely strong, almost unbearable. Pillows, mattress, bedding, and the entire environment had a heavy mildew odor and high humidity. Our clothes got damp simply by staying in the room, and to show the humidity level, a paper napkin left on a piece of furniture overnight was covered in mold specks. Outdoors, the situation was also unpleasant; there was a strong smell of cat feces because many cats used the area for their needs, making the outdoor space very uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the place could offer a great experience, but the mold in the room and the strong cat‑feces odor outside need urgent attention.

The organization, cleanliness, and décor are excellent. Absolutely exceptional.

We were welcomed warmly; the house has a good vibe, is close to everything, and we’ll be back soon.

The house feels very cozy, and the suite is comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
