Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit Citygate by IHG

“Its affordable rates and convenient location partly make up for the shortcomings.”

The hotel doesn’t meet the usual Holiday Inn Express standards, but its low rates and convenient location help offset the gaps. It definitely needs to step up its quality and overall guest experience to match the brand’s reputation.

“10/10 for the staff attitude”

The staff were friendly and helped me keep my package, but the room had a strong humidity smell that made it impossible to sleep; if the hotel knows the rooms are humid, they should install a humidifier because it’s bad for guests’ health.

“Strongly recommended”

The food, room, location, and breakfast were all excellent—nothing I disliked at all.

“Met my expectations”

The location is great, close to a shopping mall and restaurants, but the traffic can be a hassle.

The location is very good and convenient, and the price is a good value; every staff member is polite, helpful, and kind. The breakfast is also good, though a few items should be rotated—bread is fine, but some desserts need replacement.
