The reception staff, the breakfast staff, the breakfast itself, and the bed were all good, but we didn’t like the housekeeping, especially in the bathroom. We called room service twice and only the towels were changed and the floor was swept; the sink, shower, and toilet were left uncleaned or unsterilized. When we first entered the room on day one we already noticed the bathroom wasn’t clean enough. We suggested the hotel address this issue since it’s a tourist hotel.

The property is solid, located near food spots and the two beaches Manaira and Tambaú, the staff were very friendly, and the wifi was excellent. Unfortunately the cleaning was subpar, they only changed the wet towels. Room service was unavailable, and the so‑called hotel restaurant turned out to be more of a bar, which honestly surprised me.

I liked everything, but I didn’t like that the pool couldn’t be used at night and the bar wasn’t available to hotel guests.

The rooms were good and comfortable, the reception area was welcoming, and the rooftop pool and bar service were very pleasant. I felt the room cleaning could improve. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety; the same items appeared almost every day.
