The location was great, just a short walk from the bus station, and the kitchen was available for guests. However, the kitchen felt dated and there was no refrigerator.

Tiene parking privado, el personal amable y dispuesto. La habitación era grande con dos camas de matrimonio. Baño un poco estrecho, no había espacio para dejar utensilios, estatua buen un mueble de lavabo con algo más de espacio. La habitación da a una avenida con bastante tráfico lo que la hace ruidos al no tener cristales insonorizados. La ubicación tiene cerca restaurantes pero está un poco alejada del centro.

The hotel sat close to the bus terminal with plenty of restaurants nearby, it was clean and the room felt spacious. On the downside, the facilities were a bit lacking: the kitchen had no fridge, there was no extra blanket so we slept in a sweater, the reception couldn’t provide a hair‑dryer even after asking, there was no toilet brush, and only one towel was given for two people.

The experience was shocking and utterly unsafe – I would advise staying away from this place. During our stay, we left our belongings in a spot that should have been secure. Later we discovered that cash, credit cards, ID, and a license had been stolen. Beyond the theft itself, what upset me most was the hotel’s response. Instead of taking responsibility, helping us fully, and acting immediately to investigate, we received treatment and conduct that were far below the seriousness of the situation. When a guest leaves items on hotel premises, they expect a basic level of security. In our case, not only did important personal items disappear, we had to deal with a foreign country while canceling credit cards, losing money, and re‑obtaining personal documents. To me, a hotel that cannot safeguard guests’ belongings and fails to provide proper assistance during such an incident is a place I cannot recommend to anyone. I am posting this review so other travelers know what happened and can factor it into their decision before leaving money, credit cards, passports, or other important documents here. After what we went through, I strongly advise caution and careful consideration before booking or storing items in this location.
