I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the efforts they're making to improve their facilities. However, I still have some reservations about certain aspects of my stay. The hotel's amenities and services were impressive, but there were a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, I appreciate the hotel's commitment to making things right, but there's still room for improvement.
