The staff were lovely, especially those in the breakfast area, and the room was clean and comfortable; the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and stores. However, the AC in our room leaked, leaving a large patch of carpet wet.

I usually visit every weekend and it’s usually perfect, but this weekend fell short of my expectations; the sink was clogged, the tub didn’t drain properly, and the room was very dusty.

The hotel sits in the heart of Townsend, making it easy to find, and my room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no swimming pool—no one mentioned it at check‑in—and the light switches were inconveniently placed, forcing me to get out of bed to turn them on or off.
