It was a wonderful stay. The staff were very warm and hospitable and thoroughly informed us about culture, customs, and values. Breakfast was a dream and the chef fulfilled every wish, no matter what, making it possible! You feel like part of the family…

The villa with its pool was beautiful and atmospheric, the apartments spotless, the air‑conditioning efficient, the breakfasts delicious, and the terrace great for relaxing; the beach was just 100 m away. Everything was superb, and the price‑quality ratio was excellent. Most importantly, Viktor and his family were extremely friendly, positive, smiling, communicative and hospitable. I’ll keep it short: with Viktor you can sort any issue! He told us at the welcome that this was our home, not an apartment, and we felt right at home for the whole 7‑day stay. We left as friends – a fantastic, unique family, the best in Sri Lanka. Huge thanks to Viktor! I recommend everyone; we’ll return without hesitation.

The rooms were good and we had a private balcony with a kitchenette. There was also a nice pool and breakfast was super good! The most we could say about the owner. What a lovely, nice man! He helps you well and speaks good English. No complaints.

Victor was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was large and comfortable. The pool was lovely for a dip, and Victor offered plenty of assistance and advice, even taking us to a tasty breakfast at his other property and arranging car travel for our late‑night arrival and onward trips. I can’t recommend him highly enough – it was a fantastic start to our holiday.
