The accommodation is very centrally located and was clean during our stay. Walking to the main sights is quick. The beds were very comfortable. On the last day we could leave our luggage at the reception (which is in a different place than the accommodation) until we checked out. The furniture is a bit dated. The place is hard to find without contacting the host; the reception isn’t in the same building.

The stay was very disappointing. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and the shower had no hot water at all. We reported the issue and were told it was fixed, but it stayed ice cold. The listing didn’t make clear there was no physical reception or that we needed to give our arrival time ahead of time. When we arrived no one was at the property. Worse, the front door key broke during our stay, so we couldn’t leave through the main entrance, which was a fire‑safety concern. We eventually found a broken door handle in the umbrella stand that let us open the door and exit. It seemed the owners are rarely, if ever, present, leaving day‑to‑day work to others. The people we did meet were nice and helpful, but overall management was disappointing. Given how the room looked when we arrived, I seriously doubt a thorough cleaning is done between guests. We checked out early because the problems weren’t resolved. Overall, a very unpleasant stay, not the standard we expected.

Nothing good. When we arrived the staff waited on the upper door until we sent them our DNIS to check in. There was no place to send it, so they could have asked earlier or let us into the hall. They were quick to charge the tourist tax. The property says it has an elevator, but that’s only half true – you have to climb a flight of stairs, which is tough with luggage or if you have mobility issues. The place isn’t well marked; there’s no sign with the name, only on the bell. We had water leaks when it rained, soaking some of our belongings. The staff were fine during the stay, but when we left they didn’t answer. They forced us to change rooms because they couldn’t fix the leak, and then left the windows open and the leak happened again. Room cleaning was poor, especially the bathroom; it was dirty and in the second room we couldn’t shower because the shower head was completely black. The staff’s service was lacking.
