The room was comfy and roomy, the bathroom was also large and the shower/baths were very nice, and the view was pretty; it was conveniently close to Condado Beach, Escambron, and Old San Juan, which I liked. The balcony was small and the radiators took up most of the space, so you can stand out to enjoy the view but there's not enough room to sit on it.

J’ai reservé dans et établissement pour 1 semaine ce mois d’aout. Sauf que je vous épargne les détails mais c’est à dire qu’ils m’ont prélevé 2 fois la somme entre autres. Ça fais 1 mois maintenant que je me démène pour recevoir mon remboursement ou au moins un peu d’aide et des vraies réponses mais ils me prennent pour une imbécile. Ils s’en foutent complètement. Ce sont des appartements privés que nous louons donc bien sur à l’acceuil il n’y a que la sécurité et aucun propriétaire pour nous aider à régler le problème. À notre arrivée nous avons trouvé le logement mal nettoyé donc c ‘était de trop. Le logement en lui même est sympas mais réserver ici n’a été qu’un énorme stress durant nos vacances

The beds were comfortable, there was a pool, and contrary to the description there was a laundry room; the bathroom was large, the balcony had a cool view, and the security staff were always friendly. I could store my luggage after checkout, but the pool was no longer usable, the whirlpool jets didn’t work, and the gym was a mess.

“No happy with it waisted my money”

The location was fine, but the service was terrible: there was no customer support or property operators, only armed security who spoke to you as if they were ready to use their guns.

“Very comfortable.”

It was very comfortable, I loved the view and the proximity to everything, but a previous guest cooked a hamburger and left a lingering grease smell.
