All facilities were excellent, everything was great except the Saudi front‑desk staff member Hassan who worked the shift on Thursday evening; his manner didn’t fit the standard of a hotel like Al‑Mutlaq. I didn’t like his style.

Huge thanks to Mr. Atef for his excellent handling and manners, and to the whole team—may it repeat. The lower parking areas are a bit tricky; you really need a car that’s not too high.
