The front desk staff were extremely polite and patient, the rooftop front desk offered breathtaking scenery, the room was clean with good facilities, but I couldn’t find a kettle, which made it a bit hard for older guests, and the breakfast was great with no odd foods.

The 11th‑floor observation lounge had a decent view and the breakfast was okay, but on the first night the AC in my room wouldn’t respond to any adjustments, the shower never produced hot water no matter how I tried, and the sheets were still torn.

The hotel sits just five minutes from the airport, with the AirPort Express stopping right in front and a bus to the city centre also nearby; the room and reception on the top floor offer great views, breakfast was excellent, and although there’s no kettle or fridge in the room, the reception provides hot water and black coffee for guests; overall we really liked staying here.
