The small and peaceful atmosphere of this place was a big plus, but unfortunately, it was let down by a very uncomfortable bed. The mattress was way too hard, and the pillow was far too soft, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. For me, a good night's sleep is the most important thing, and this place fell short.

I'm still dreaming of my stay at Serinn House in Urgup, a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. This beautifully restored 3-room cave hotel is nestled in a charming village, just a 15-minute downhill stroll away from the old cave homes, quaint eateries, and local handicraft shops. Be prepared for a bit of a hike back up the hill, but a taxi ride from the rank will only set you back around €3.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its perfect blend of delicious breakfasts, great location, and wonderful staff. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The hotel's location is also a major plus, with plenty of local restaurants and shops within walking distance. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff – friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.

The breakfast was amazing, and Eren, the owner, was super friendly. She even drove us to the city center on our first day and recommended some great restaurants in Urgup. She took care of our tours and airport transfers, making our stay in Cappadocia really smooth. The only thing I can say is that there was nothing to complain about!

We stayed in the deluxe room, and it was huge and beautifully decorated. The hotel is small, which makes it feel really cozy and family-like, and the staff is super friendly. Eren gave us loads of tips and helped us plan our activities. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh Gözleme and pancakes made every day. The village center with its great restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. The only thing that didn't quite hit the spot was the mattress, which was a bit too hard for our taste.
