The room was clean, cozy, and spacious, making me feel comfortable during my two‑night stay; the breakfast was good but the selection was limited, and our towels were not changed after the first night.

The location is great for driving around all of Cappadocia and parking is easy, but on the first day our beds weren't made and although the room was clean, there were dirty spots, like the shower full of hair.

My boyfriend and I booked a suite with a Jacuzzi for two nights at Nissa Cave, paid extra for the Jacuzzi, but the water was cold and sewage‑smelling; the hair dryer didn't work, we asked staff for a replacement because we couldn't leave with wet hair in the cold, they ignored us, and the cleaning was subpar. The room was nice and the property itself was good, but for the price and the service we didn't receive, we have to leave a negative review, which is not usual for me.

We loved the place, picturesque and well maintained, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the help they gave us to contact different places and the assistance for my health went beyond their duties—we really appreciate their attention and recommend the hotel wholeheartedly; its location is in a quiet, charming spot, and there was nothing to complain about.
