The room was spacious, the location was perfect for exploring the historic center, and the staff were very friendly. Nothing to complain about.

“Centralissimo”

The B&B was very comfortable, clean, and situated in a central area that made everything convenient. The breakfast was divine, with fresh sweet and savory items every morning. Water was always available in the room and in the fridge at the entrance. The air conditioning was perfect for the somewhat hot area, and the room had plenty of convenient power outlets to charge various devices. The only drawback was the extremely noisy front door; every time it closed there was an absurd sound that reverberated through the whole building, and the neighbors in the building were not exactly friendly to tourists.

Ms. Gaia was truly helpful from start to finish. I mentioned that my mother had a lactose intolerance and she arranged almond milk for us. The breakfast and location were excellent! The only issues were the lack of a microwave to heat drinks (milk, teas, etc.) and a few extra touches in the cleaning. Otherwise, nothing else to add.

Nothing positive. We had booked two nights in Genoa hoping for a good stay, but it was a mistake to book at this place. The location is catastrophic, unsafe at night, surrounded by prostitution alleys. Unfriendly, drug and alcohol problems. For a place that charges 4 euros in tourist tax per night per person, it is truly deplorable. The accommodation is not soundproof; you hear all the outside life and also the inside (even the neighbor in the room urinates). The double front door of the building bangs constantly and echoes throughout the building. There is a lot of different disturbing noise from the street all night. The person in charge of breakfast seems unconcerned about the noise at 5am/6am because she even takes time to make coffee with a machine that makes a monstrous noise. If you plan to sleep in, forget it. The Wi‑Fi is also deplorable, given that the 4G/5G network quality is bad. Stay away, the quality‑price ratio is catastrophic and we will never set foot there again.
