The spot is fantastic—just a short walk to the public market and other local spots, and the staff are very friendly. The food and service at the on‑site restaurant are excellent, but the AC in our room was broken when we arrived and a technician had to come up to fix it. The shower kept dripping, which made it hard to sleep, so we were grateful for the ear plugs they supplied.

The hotel’s location near Pike Place Market is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but the two‑bedroom suite was cramped. There was no place to put suitcases except on the nightstand, and the closet was so narrow that an ironing board basically filled it. The only storage came from three small drawers in the nightstand.
