The atmosphere is very warm and the staff are eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible, but the property is old‑fashioned and would benefit from a modern refurbishment.

A fantastic spot amid the Trentino vineyards for a few days of creative harmony; the hospitality, welcome, courtesy, and customer care are superb, and the beautiful nearby sites plus the legendary transport card make it highly recommended!

The staff are very nice, the manager is helpful and attentive, and the Südtirol‑Card was issued immediately for one night; nothing to add.

I spent a few days in South Tyrol and stayed at Brunnenhof, where I was greeted warmly and taken care of; the breakfast was great and the location was ideal thanks to the good bus connections, so I’ll definitely return. Uwe
