The staff greeted us warmly, with smiles, politeness, friendliness, and seriousness. The location lacked snow on the ground, which would have been great on March 13, but it wasn’t cool.

I really appreciated the staff’s courtesy, especially the older gentleman who was very kind, letting me park before the official time and even driving me to the slopes in the minivan on Saturday, even though that wasn’t part of the weekly break services. The room was small and the bathroom smelled bad, likely due to poor maintenance. We also reported that the hair dryer didn’t work, but the reception manager ignored it. With what you pay for, those are serious issues, so the rating drops to 7. The breakfast at 20 € per person is too expensive.

The team was very welcoming, available, and friendly. The hotel is very quiet. Skiing and relaxing at the spa is a great package. The breakfast was very plentiful.
