Nothing. The housekeeping staff entered our room while we were out; when we returned, we were shocked to see a hotel housekeeper inside. I asked how he unlocked the room without permission, and he said he was unlocking it to keep towels… his intention seemed bad because the room was locked and guests were locked out, yet he opened room 304 with duplicate keys. When I complained to the manager, he surprised me by saying we can unlock rooms in our absence as mentioned on Google. What the heck was he talking about?

“Just need to take a little care of inside room”

Breakfast was good, staff were excellent. Location not bad, would be better with a river view. The main issue for most rooms is a damp smell that needs to be addressed without fail. Staff behavior and cleanliness were lacking.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very nice and helpful. Internet connectivity could be better; instead of daily token systems, one‑time arrangements would help.

“Had been recommended to us so we were disappointed”

The hotel feels like a charming old‑fashioned place with a lovely inner courtyard, but the breakfast was only average. The kettle was broken and had to be replaced, and the toilet kept running water nonstop. We never learned that we needed to turn the geyser on for hot water, so we showered in cold water. Work being done around the building produced a lot of dust.

The grounds are beautiful and the food is great, and the staff are very polite. However, the bathrooms need updating and the power outlets should be replaced.
