“Lovely guesthouse/hotel, fabulous location and great facilities.”
Everything. My three brothers and I were to stay for the night, but unfortunately one of my brothers was unable to travel because of an accident that left him unable to travel with us. When we told the person at reception, we were told to call back again about 15‑30 ish to see about getting a discount in the room he was to share with the other brother, but when we returned at around that time we were told the lady who could make the decision about the discount had gone for the rest of the day and nothing could be done about it. We felt as if we were just fobbed off, which really annoyed us to be honest. The rooms, facilities and location were first class, and my two other brothers and I all agreed on this. This would have been our first time away together in over forty years, but unfortunately accidents do happen. We loved everything about the guesthouse/hotel, but we were just disappointed in not getting a discount for the other room. We enjoyed our stay and will possibly book it again in the near future.
