“The Hotel was nice and location was prefect to attend our event. The staff was pleasant.”

The breakfast was a let‑down; $16.99 plus tax for eggs and cold items felt steep. A chef whipping up omelets, pancakes, and waffles would have made it worth it. Next time I’ll hunt for a better spot and spend the same amount, but the convenience of staying on‑site was missing. A free continental spread would have been preferable.

The hotel itself looked good and was in a convenient area near my destination. However, I waited almost two hours to check in because “no rooms are available to check into.” I arrived at 4 pm and didn’t get into my room until nearly 6 pm. I booked two queens but was given a king instead, as they kept citing reasons the room wasn’t ready and I couldn’t wait. The shower was littered with hair as if it hadn’t been cleaned, and the comforter had stains.

“Overall very good stay!”

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the dinner I had at the hotel was delicious with great service. The only downside was the alarm in the room next to mine that rang for 20 minutes at 5:45 am.
