I felt cheated: I had booked two nights, but after seeing the location I changed my mind and requested only one night for two rooms, yet they still deducted $500 from my checking account and haven’t refunded it; I would never stay at Comfort Inn Suites again and will warn my friends.

The price was reasonable, the location was good, the room space was appreciated, the bathtub was large, and most of the breakfast was good, but the property overall needs sprucing up, the evening staff were rude, the breakfast arrived cold or late, the mattress was worn out, and the linens and trash weren’t changed daily.

I liked the location, but when I called the day before to inform them of a late check‑in after midnight, the gentleman I spoke with treated my request as an inconvenience, said he would note it, but he didn’t.

The place is right next to the convenience stores we needed, but the hallway had no air conditioning and it felt scorching.
