“Comfortable and relaxed and just what I needed for a few days in a beautiful part of Norfolk.”

The spot was spot on, walking or driving to anything, or catching the coastal buses when I’d had enough walking. Strolling along the beach was a treat, and the town’s eateries were within easy reach. My guest house was cozy and warm, all very relaxed and easy. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. I only wish the bathroom had a larger basin, but that’s a minor nitpick for such a nice place; what I had was more than enough.

Breakfast offered a good selection, beautifully cooked and presented. The room was very comfortable. The location is ideal for the beach and all the nearby amenities—steam train, walks, National Trust, buses, and good local restaurants. The host was delightful.

“A nice short break to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary”

A good choice for breakfast. Well cooked and presented. There was a garden bar but we did not make use of it. The evening we would have used it the weather was poor. Nothing could have been improved
