“Great hotel but when moved downgrade”
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but a generator issue forced us to stay elsewhere for the last two nights, which was disappointing.

Everything was a complete nightmare—don't bother coming back.

The stay at The Park Jalandhar was comfortable and overall good, but the food didn't live up to expectations; better taste and variety would improve the experience.

Traveling from the UK, this hotel surpassed every expectation—it feels like a true 5‑star property. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped; the downstairs bar and restaurants serve excellent food, and the staff are responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything from the bar to the food and swimming pool was great, but guests only receive a 10% discount on food and drinks.
