The hotel's location was perfect, but the noise from the street kept me awake at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for the lack of sleep. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers.

The manager of this hotel truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The service was top-notch, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. The palace staff were also very helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
