The Wi‑Fi connection needs improvement, otherwise everything was great.

The view from the room was magnificent, the establishment was very clean, and the staff were so welcoming, smiling, and kind. Thank you for this stay.

The location and breakfast were decent. The staff were friendly. The hotel seems to be falling into disrepair. Everything squeaks and creaks. The bed, doors, toilet bowl, everything makes noise that is quite irritating and not befitting a 4‑star hotel. Our room door didn't close properly and only after three visits (three days) by the maintenance staff was it finally fixed. Additionally, the menu in the restaurant is very limited; they don't serve regular coffee but instant (and that while AHG is an Italian chain and the manager is Italian!?) They offer cocktails but there are no ice cubes available. Some staff speak and understand English poorly, which is also noticeable.

The front desk was fantastic and the staff were very kind, but the Wi‑Fi in the room was awful, there was never hot water, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the shower drain was so slow that water pooled and leaked into the bathroom.

“Luna de miel de ensueño”

We chose this resort for our honeymoon and it turned out to be the best decision of our trip; we arrived very early on the first day and the room was ready so we could rest. We paid a very low fee for early check‑in and were also allowed a late check‑out for a small extra charge. When we went on safari, the hotel stored our luggage securely and when we returned we found a new room ready for us. They gave us a special honeymoon gift and set up the room beautifully. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and housekeeping came daily. At night they misted the curtains and the room to keep mosquitoes away. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, like family, and we felt very welcomed and cared for by the waiters and the manager, who were always cheerful with a lovely smile. The food was spectacular, varied, and plentiful. The drinks were also excellent, tailored to your preferences, and the bartenders were taught to make them to your taste. Every morning you can choose your breakfast and dinner from several options. The location is perfect, less than 3 minutes straight line to the beach. We also asked if we could watch a football match and the manager did everything possible to make it happen. All we have left are words of thanks for all the staff; we would definitely recommend this hotel to couples, families, and travelers alike. We just don’t understand why there are such bad reviews about the Wi‑Fi; you come to a country where you should enjoy the scenery and culture, not stay connected all day. It works very well in common areas, the pool, dining room and reception, and even in our room it worked perfectly.
