We found the spot and the facilities spot‑on, and the room was perfect for us and our two dogs, with a super comfy bed and all the gear we could wish for, plus great views. Nothing to complain about.

The room was excellent, spotless, and the new hotel had great facilities, all set in a small, very pleasant town.

The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable; the location made it easy to walk into town and the views from the room were wonderful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, and the food at Ridgway was fairly poor; we missed a chance to go to what looked like the best restaurant in town, Bella Vino, because the front‑desk printout was misleading or unclear about its hours.

Everything was top notch and expected quality at the price point!!. Would have liked to have had earlier access to the Hot tub in the morning. A little thing, but a soak before a drive is lovely!!

The location and facilities were good, but we couldn’t check in for two consecutive days because we booked through different platforms.
