Hotel PrimeInn

“Bom custo benefício”

The room was spacious and met expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which offered more variety than I expected. The hotel is in a spot with no nearby restaurants or convenience stores, the parking needs better signage, and the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

Good breakfast and location, but the cleaning was poor, parking was an issue, the pillow and bed were uncomfortable, the bathroom had a bug, and there was a roach in the room and bathroom.

“Excelente custo benefício!”

The bed was very good, but the internet was lacking; since the TV relies on it, we couldn't watch much.

“Qualidade razoável”

The price matches what the place offers and the room layout is reasonable. The bed is fairly comfortable and the shower is excellent, though my room lacked a door between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, causing the whole room to flood when I showered. The staff were helpful when needed, especially the cleaning crew, which was quick. The breakfast was the real highlight, with many good options, though the space felt cramped for the number of guests and the climate control was poor. The hotel sits in a somewhat isolated area with no nearby amenities within walking distance. Internet is weak, and despite the cleaning crew's speed, poor ventilation and lack of maintenance give a sense of inadequate cleanliness.
