“Péssima.”

Nothing positive to say – the accommodation was horrible with dirty, moldy, peeling walls that smelled like a septic tank. There was no space to store luggage, only a small coat rack that could hold five people. I did not like anything at all: the rooms were awful, moldy, dirty, with a septic smell; the hotel was terrible; the pool had a strong urine odor; and the food quality was disappointing.

Breakfast was great, the recreation staff were excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. I ran into a shower problem around 23:00 after a walk; the water wouldn’t heat up. I tried the intercom to contact reception, but it didn’t work, and when I called the commercial line nobody answered. I had to leave the room and go to reception, where a gentleman told me that this was “normal” at that hour, gave me a technical explanation, and said he couldn’t do anything. I ended up taking a cold shower on a cold day. Regarding the intercom, he said some rooms had broken units. I was dissatisfied with the lack of support.

“Experiência fantástica recomendo muito”

The experience was fantastic. Staff were attentive, the facilities clean, and the food was impeccable. Breakfast and meals went beyond what we expected. I’d recommend it a lot. The only thing that felt a bit off was the room furniture – a little dated, but nothing that would stop me from coming back.

The hotel itself was super comfortable, I liked everything. The only thing that could use improvement is the pool – a bigger heated pool would be nice.
