The neighborhood was great, with amazing local restaurants, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit narrow, making it sometimes hard to move through, but that wasn’t a major problem.

Situated on a quiet street, it lies 14 minutes’ walk from Basilica San Paolo Metro, 13 km from Ciampino Airport, and 4.3 km from the Colosseum and Domus Aurea.

The location was excellent and the sights of Rome were easily reachable. The host was very warm and helpful.

I stayed in this apartment and felt very comfortable. The location is great, about a 10‑minute walk to the metro, ideal for getting around the city. The apartment is clean, well‑maintained, and quiet. Francesco, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Garbatella is a typical, quiet neighborhood even at night, with plenty of good restaurants. Highly recommended!

The room is very clean and pleasantly scented. It comes with all the appliances you might need. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Francesco was a fantastic host, super helpful, a person of some stature. He was discreet and kind from start to finish, guiding my stay with his advice and attending to every detail. The house is practically new and fully equipped, located just a step from the metro, surrounded by beautiful, well‑spaced venues that are always full, making the surroundings lively but not too crowded. It felt like home, yet with Rome just a few steps away.
