The atmosphere and service were top‑class; from the moment we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink, and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. The lobby was fantastic, and the music left a great impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop onsen was an incredible experience for me. Because I have tattoos, I couldn't use the onsen in many places, but here they let me in, which I really appreciated.

The hotel is brand‑new with thoughtful Japanese design, a quiet setting, well‑maintained facilities and rooms, tasty in‑room snacks, comfortable hot springs, a 7‑Eleven right opposite and plenty of eateries and bars nearby. It does sit a little off the beaten path, and because the property follows an eco‑policy it doesn’t supply bottled water, only a single bottle for guests to refill at the floor water dispenser; offering two bottles and adding a dispenser on each floor, or pre‑filling bottles at check‑in, would be better.

The onsen was amazing.

The staff, available amenities, and service were all excellent, but construction noise affected my stay; the hotel did a great job of informing me ahead of time so I was prepared. A spider bit my spouse a few times on her side of the bed.
