The hosts were very friendly, the Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious, and the view from the terrace was incomparable. The path to the tracks can be a bit awkward if you avoid the long detour across the street, but in my experience it is safe; just be careful because it is quite dark.

Everything was perfect, nothing to mention; I recommend it 100%. The breakfast was excellent and hearty. The only downside was the need for an adapter in the room and a slight smell of dampness, which is common in many rooms in Sri Lanka.
