NIGHT INN Hotel Bahnhofcity Feldkirch

“Sehr schöner Aufenthalt”

The spot near the train station was great for day trips with public transport, but a fridge and side curtains by the bus station would have been nice.

“Nicht mehr zu empfehlen”

We didn’t get the rooms we wanted; a double was mixed up with a single. The breakfast buffet was sluggish, one room safe wouldn’t open at all, and another safe wouldn’t open on the departure day. The receptionist called the CEO and hotel manager, but they didn’t care or try to help, even though the safe held the front‑door key, car key, and cash. We called the police, got an explanation, but no one tried to resolve it. We were told the safe would open on Monday and the contents would be mailed. The couple in the affected room wrote that the room would only be paid for once the items arrived. On Wednesday a half‑crushed letter arrived with no cover or apology. When the owners asked where to transfer the room payment, the reply was that the money had already been charged from my VISA card on Sunday. After another call, the staff came across as utterly arrogant. Our whole group will never stay at this hotel again and will expose its behavior publicly.

The room was quiet, and the train station was right next door.

“I would stay here again.”

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good.

“Zimmer gut, Frühstückraum und Personal nicht in Ordnung”

The breakfast room was very dirty—plates, cups, and trash weren’t cleared—and overall cleanliness was lacking.
