“Very good hotel, wonderful pool, poor breakfast.”
It’s a very pleasant hotel, with an elegant modern lobby. The room was large, with comfortable beds, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The pool is wonderful. It’s slightly larger than the usually very small hotel pools. Its space is beautiful with a wooden high ceiling and lots of natural light. Another plus is that it’s open from 7 AM to midnight. It’s not in a pretty location but there are some chain restaurants within walking distance. It’s very close to a freeway entrance. Friendly helpful staff at the reception as well as the lady taking care of the breakfast (not her fault that the breakfast was poor!). The breakfast was poor. There was something that looked like a cross between scrambled eggs and a pudding. You couldn’t tell if there were real eggs in it or what other super processed stuff it contained. Would have been nice to have at least some simple boiled eggs. There was yogurt but ultra processed. No natural yogurt only the kind containing lots of sugar, starch and gum. No decent fruit; there were some tasteless apples and oranges in a fridge! Why in a fridge??? The cold oranges were so hard you couldn’t chew them. I didn’t take points off for this because I don’t consider the breakfast that important
