Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Lower bunks alright. Good value for the money. Great location. The bed is high, the upper bunk was unreachable for me, the ladder had big steps and no guardrail on the top bunk bed. If anyone could get up there, I will say well done. I had to move to another room, Fortunately, it was possible, and there was a bunk bed at the bottom

“Awful”

Nothing. No staff. Broken locks on shower doors, no privacy curtains on beds. Sink in room didn’t drain for 3 days and owner has been notified and didn’t do anything. Whole place smells. Major road works outside of property so just awful

Very helpful staff, clean, comfortable, great location, first class facilities and well managed. I am disabled but didn’t mention this when booking. The manager changed my room to ground floor on arrival immediately & nothing was too much trouble. Car park round the corner, and free parking nearby. Nothing

“Établissement globalement bien mais hygiène à revoir”

On nous laisse les clés même si on arrive très tard. J’ai retrouvé des poils ou cheveux d’une autre personne dans le fond de la douche et dans la cuisine des sauces et autres aliments étaient périmé depuis 2023…

The room did not have even a glass in it for the purpose of a glass of water. More information on what is and isn't in the room would have been more helpful, no TV no radio, no Kettle not even a class to have a drink of water. The sliding entry door was hard to slide. Over priced for what little we got
