“Una real pesadilla”

The only thing was the location. Parking is offered but there’s never any space available, the room was sealed with a window facing a horrible interior, it had a jacuzzi but the bed was terrible, and the noise made it impossible to rest— we could only manage one night out of the six we paid for.

The bedroom felt like a jail cell—tiny and windowless. The bathroom was extremely cramped. Noise from other rooms and the hallway was always audible, making sleep hard. Breakfast was very limited and not good. The location isn’t close to a bus, metro, or decent shops/restaurants. The website claims the hotel has a restaurant, but it’s just a cafeteria. I’ve been traveling all over South America for four weeks, and this is the first and only bad review I’ve written. For the same price I’ve found much nicer, larger rooms with better services in Bogotá, Santiago, etc.

“No lo recomiendo”

Only the location was good. The breakfast? I didn’t like it. The room was tiny. The air in the room was bad. I also didn’t like the reception staff.
