The rooms were decent and the Jomtien location is good, but the breakfast didn't reach 5‑star standards—more like 2‑3 stars. You mainly get local fare: rice and noodles, with cold fried eggs and burnt beans. Omelettes are only offered on request, and even then it's just scrambled eggs.

The only redeeming factor is the location. The place was filthy, swarming with insects, and the beds were unclean with hair and a man named Neil. I felt uneasy staying in that room, water leaked from the shower, there was a bad odor, the lockbox was broken, no smart TVs, and the breakfast lacked variety—there were flies buzzing around the food.
