The place is in a great spot, just a few streets from Times Square, and the metro and bus connections are very convenient; the staff are very friendly. The main issue was the loud street noise and the noise from other guests—our room faced the exit of one of the elevators, so people were constantly making noise at all hours. The window didn’t close properly and drafty air kept coming in.

I liked the location, the breakfast, the staff, and the cleanliness; they even handed us breakfast boxes when we checked out early at 5am, and the staff helped us with an early check‑in when our rooms were ready. Nothing else stood out as a problem.

Breakfast food is good, but it gets very busy with lots of people and a line, so consider arriving early or filling up your first plate instead of getting seconds; there is a little noise at night, but it’s not too bad.
