The staff was incredibly friendly, helping us with everything we needed and even offering laundry service, which wasn’t part of their usual package. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with great water pressure and hot water that kicked in as soon as you turned it on. The downside was that the windows had no soundproofing, so you could hear everything happening outside right from your room.
